Acupuncture has numerous benefits, including pain relief, stress reduction, improved sleep, increased energy, and enhanced immune system function. It can also help with digestive disorders, menstrual issues, and fertility.
During an Acupuncture session, you will lie down on a comfortable table while the acupuncturist inserts thin, sterile needles into specific points on your body. You may feel a slight prick or tingling sensation, but acupuncture should not be painful. After the needles are inserted, you will rest for 20-30 minutes while the needles do their work. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
When choosing an Acupuncture practitioner, it is important to look for someone who is licensed and trained in acupuncture. You may also want to read reviews or ask for recommendations from friends or family members who have had acupuncture before.
We do not accept insurance at this time but can provide a Superbill to patients so they can file with their insurance company.
